Our Graduate programme is a two year immersion into our technical and supply chain world. The programme will provide stretching, challenging assignments giving you exposure to a range of developmental and learning experiences that will help you understand business, develop your career and give you leadership development/opportunities.
And yes, it will be part of your job to help us taste test new V flavours, so bring your best taste buds!
You'll gain real experience in Technical and Supply Chain functions while earning a competitive salary. There is no average day at our workplace and you'll get to experience working in a truly innovative company.You will have exposure to the following areas: Packaging: Developing and implementing new packaging in the factory and working on projects with a sustainability lens. Product Development: Manufacturing existing products and creating new beverages. Quality: Providing valuable HACCP, ISO and quality input into production, process, packaging and product design. Troubleshooting issues in plant and processes using the DMAIC process. Growth Platform (Innovation): Investigating possible future technologies, ingredients and product formats to fill our long-term innovation pipeline. Involvement with ongoing university projects and international group research investigations. Manufacturing: Lean methodology and continuous improvement as well as overall production and team leadership Engineering and Projects: Automation & Maintenance systems, capital projects scoping & feasibility Procurement: total cost leadership methodology and creating growth through innovation - right supplier engagement Supply Chain Planning: Integrated business planning and management of demand and supply Logistics: Warehousing and Freight operations including route optimisation and automation technology
Over the two years you will work in cross-functional project teams working with different departments within the entire business. Along with exposure to leaders spending a week shadowing the Heads of departments to see leadership in action.What are we looking for? We want a dynamic person who thinks outside the box and is as passionate about making drinks better as we are! You'll need to complete a qualification in 2019 in one of the following: BSc, BE, BTech, B FoodTech, B.Ch.E, BAppSc You will have achieved consistently strong grades - we want to see the results from your dedication and commitment! We want you to go places, so your ability to lead and influence people will be important. You'll have tonnes of initiative and won't be afraid to get stuck in and give things a go. The practical ability to apply what you have learnt to provide business opportunities.
