Five Hammer Hands

AA & SR Construction is looking for five Hammer Hands to join their team. The work location is in Ashburton, Christchurch, and other areas in the Canterbury Region. Responsibilities include: 1. Carry out all worked performed by builder's labourer 2. Operate all equipment required to carry out jobs safely and efficiently. 3. Maintain all equipment to safe working condition. 4. Always keep all job areas clean and tidy. 5. Remove concrete and spoil from sites. 6. Prepare base ready for paving/concrete where required. 7. Be able to box and debox efficiently. 8. Fence building. 9. Toolbox meetings - attend health and safety meetings. 10. Report all reported workplace accidents and near misses. 11. Ensure that electrical tools and equipment have been tagged and tested as required. 12. Work as directed by the Operations Manager. Person Description 1. Construction industry experience preferred but not necessary, 2. Valid full NZ license or equivalent 3. Must be a New Zealand citizen or resident or have NZ work rights. This position is for a minimum of 30 hours per week. The pay rate is $29.66 per hour to $30 per hour depending on the experience. Click on the apply button and send your CV.
