Brightwater is one of New Zealand's leading engineering providers offering engineering solutions across several sectors, including heavy fabrication and industrial site services and maintenance.

We are looking for motivated and skilled Fitter/Welders to join our Marine operation based at Port Nelson.

You will have a strong background in Marine related service and maintenance and hold a relevant trade qualification. You will have initiative and be able to work without close supervision. Your ability to gain necessary welding tickets where necessary would be beneficial.
Key responsibilities will include:

Fault finding and diagnostic skills
Inspecting and servicing equipment
Replacement pipe work
Strong health and safety focus

Regular overtime is often available and is well rewarded.

You must be physically fit with the ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol test. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
