Fishing Crew Members | Fixed-Term | Nelson Urgent

This employer is looking for hard working and reliable students to come on board as FISHING CREW MEMBERS on a fixed-term basis ASAP.
This employer is looking for two students to assist him whilst on fishing trips for his company. This will involve going away for 3 months on a boat during Albacore season with the employer. You will be pulling the fish in then packing and shovelling ice onto the catch to get stored away while the employer drives the boat.You will need: Boating experience is highly preferred A great level of fitness and strength Excellent communication skills A good work ethic A sense of humour
While working throughout the day you won’t be able to use your device as you need to keep your focus on the tasks at hand.
Food and accommodation will be paid for but ideally you will be someone who can cook as the employer/captain will be busy with other things which means you could be tasked with making dinner majority of the time.
This job will be located in Nelson. Ideally, would suit someone from Westport or Grey Mount. However, the employer is happy to fund your travel expenses to Nelson as long as you sound like a good candidate who is willing to make a commitment.
Minimum wage is guaranteed but pay is dependent on the percentage of catch.
