We've got your back with up to $1,000 in moving cost assistance.Paid lunch breaksEnjoy beers, barbeques, and plenty of fun social events - a sense of humour is a must.Your role will include:Organising day-to-day operations to keep our team firing on all cylinders.Scheduling tradesmen, apprentices, and sub-trades.Upholding quality assurance standards with pride, ensuring excellent workmanship and quality.Managing KPIs to drive success and keep the business on track.Managing major projects to perfection - on time, on budget, and top quality results.Managing compliance, service & reactive jobs efficiently and promptly.Championing Health and Safety responsibilities.Collaborating with senior stakeholders.What we need from you:Experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role managing a team of high performers.Experience with Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Systems will be a significant advantage.Organised with a keen eye for detail.Practical and quick-thinking.Willing to go the extra mile for outstanding results.A degree in business or construction management is a bonus.Familiarity with our job management software, SimPRO would help.A current NZ full license.Didn't check all the boxes?
