Reporting to the Manager, AML/CTF Operations – Triage & Investigation, the Financial Crime Officer – AML/CTF role will play a part in all aspects of the division, including operational transaction monitoring, customer due diligence, sanction screening and Know Your Customer activities as they relate to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) regulations.What you'll do Manage Transaction Monitoring alerts, Watchlist, PEP, Customer Due Diligence and SWIFT screening, escalating any suspected or confirmed matchesEnsure compliance with internal financial crime policies and external regulatory obligationsManage KYC activities whilst ensuring SLAs and relevant customer deliverable are metProvide subject matter input in support of business initiatives and financial crime projects as required What you'll bring • 1 years Banking, AML CTF or KYC refresh experience requiredAML CTF & KYC experience desiredAbility to analyse data and patterns in transactional behaviourCustomer service experienceInvestigative experienceExcellent communication skillsException based investigative and analytical capability *As this is a high-risk role, additional criminal checks will be required for the successful applicant.What we can offer you Suncorp's employee benefits are designed to support, empower and reward our people.
