), each contributing to our rapid expansion in the global EV charging industry.What you'll do:Own Financial OperationsManage daily financial processes, including bank reconciliations, payroll, and accurate coding of transactions, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the board.Drive Project and Cost AccountingMonitor project costs, track product margins, and manage WIP transfers, delivering insightful monthly reporting to support decision-making.Lead Group AccountingOversee group-wide accounting responsibilities, from tax returns to intercompany charges, while preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reports.Optimize ERP and SystemsCollaborate with the CFO to fully implement and continuously improve our ERP system, streamlining processes and ensuring scalability.Champion Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to enhance financial processes, implement solutions, and contribute to Kwetta's growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.What you'll bring:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) and a proven track record of achieving results, with CA designation or progress towards it.At least 3 years of experience in accounting, with expertise in ERP management and proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft products.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective financial solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.A driven, organized, and detail-oriented approach, with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond.What Awaits You:Embark on an exhilarating journey with Kwetta, a company at the forefront of the electric vehicle (EV) charging revolution, located in the vibrant city of Napier.
