Diverse role with project opportunitiesGreat team environmentWairarapa basedTranzit Group has a proud history in passenger transport and tourism operating nationwide for close on 100 years Their business continues to grow and diversify as they em ace new opportunities in the sector To help on this growth journey they require a Financial Accountant to support the Financial Controller and finance team meet financial reporting requirements transition to fully compliant IFRS reporting and assist with other key improvement projects Working as part of a dedicated and highperforming team your role will be diverse and have responsibility for monthly management reporting balance sheet reconciliations maintenance of fixed assets registers and assisting with the preparation of annual statutory accounts audit and tax compliance You will also play a key part in supporting with the transition to fully IFRS compliant reporting and be expected to contribute to other process and system improvements
