We are well capitalised, with several regionally significant projects in the pipeline across several sectors; including health, education and vertical living.As a key member of the business, as Finance Manager you will be responsible for building, leading and mentoring your team in conjunction with leadership and overseeing all aspects of financial management.You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.You will have:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and be CA ANZ or CPA qualified5+ years experience in accounting / financial roles, with a proven track record of successExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and deliver complex financial dataAdvanced proficiency in Xero, Excel and management software alongside strong written skills and capabilityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesThis is a rare and exciting opportunity to pursue a senior and fulfilling role in one of the most beautiful and family friendly regions anywhere in the world.We are an open-minded employer and are open to applications by those seeking flexible working arrangements.
