Auckland City, AucklandPermanentD0 y0u s33 th3 numb3r5 1n 3v3ryting?Finance Manager - Systems & OperationsHere's what you'll do in this job:Oversee the Accounts Payable function and team, along with all Operational elements around the businesses ERP and Financial reporting systems.Ensure that supplier invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner, internal financial processes and controls are updated and adhered too, along with supporting key internal business teams and contacts.Act as the key interface with external vendors, system support teams and auditors as necessary.Support and work alongside the Finance Teams and Project Team in the design, configuration and deployment of a new ERP Solution in 2020. ……And here's some of the different things you might also do:Start work with a coffee at home - because we do flexible work conditions.Bring your furry friend to work, as dogs are welcome on Friday'sBe happier and healthier everyday - because we do a wonderful wellness programme.Show us your different sides too:With extensive experience (minimum 8 years) in the full range of either financial and/or systems accounting, you will have detailed knowledge of key Financial Modules. You will also have advanced experience of managing Financial Reporting systems including ERP's, Consolidation tools, and 3rd party products.Your leadership skills come from managing, coaching and developing high performing teams and you would consider this one of your key strengths. As a motivated, self-started with a keen interest in leading the way in best practise, you are able to drive improvements and develop internal controls and frameworks.Your ability to work under pressure, coupled with strong analytical, evaluative and problem-solving skills, make you an asset to any business!Sound fair?
