Finance Manager

For this role, we are seeking someone that has a degree in accounting, is a great multi-tasker, excellent communicator and can thrive in a fast paced environment. This is a business facing role, accountable for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the North America and Asia financial functions of our global business - working within our bustling finance team.
Responsibilities:
Drive strong relationships with key stakeholders - supporting with reporting and guidance as required
Preparation of monthly management accounts for region
Revenue Recognition
Payroll Admin
Cash flow management, budgeting, reporting and analysis
Prepare year end and statutory accounts
Preparation of government reports and liaise with advisors to complete tax and statutory requirements
Accurate and timely reporting
Minimise bad debt and reduce debtor days
Accruals and Prepayment schedules
Journals and backup
Draft divisional and cost centre reporting
Leadership and mentoring to 1x direct report

Requirements:
Professional accountancy qualification
5+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance and accounting
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Advanced knowledge of excel modelling
General technical nous
Positive attitude and good sense of humour
