Finance Manager

Working closely with the Financial Controller and as part of a wider finance and commercial structure, the Finance Manager leads a high performing team to deliver the financial requirements of Silver Fern Farms Limited and Silver Fern Farms Co-Operative.
This is an excellent opportunity to bring your experience in managing accounts and audit processes to our dynamic environment which requires a pro-active approach to reporting and a continuous improvement approach to maintaining robust and sustainable control frameworks.
Your skills and attributes:
Demonstrated excellence in Commercial / Financial management
Prior specialisation in taxation, financial reporting and/or audit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in preparing reports and presentations
An appropriate tertiary and or industry relevant and recognised qualification
Current CA certification (or equivalent)
Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail
Effective interpersonal skills and management experience
Knowledge of the meat industry would be an advantage but not essential
