We're looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Christchurch based Corporate Finance team. About the role: Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for providing management accounting services for our corporate business functions. The position will partner closely with corporate function business leaders and contribute to annual business plans, the budget process, forecasting and support project analysis. Supporting the integrity of financial and management information is also a key element of the position. This is an exciting role with leadership of two Assistant Accountants. Ideally we are looking for candidates with: A minimum of 5 years' experience preferably within in a commercial environment. A relevant accounting degree qualification and membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants ANZ (fully qualified). Extensive management accounting and business analytics experience within a business partnering framework in a listed or a complex business with multiple divisions. Proven experience reviewing and analysing business cases and projects from a commercial and financial perspective. Strong interpersonal and communication skills ensuring the ability to establish and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders. A strategic mindset, critical thinking abilities and a results-orientated approach to problem solving and decision-making.
