Rentokil-Initial is seeking a highly motivated Finance Business Partner to join our team in New Zealand.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a key member of the Finance function, supporting the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and collaborating with Regional Managers and stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and various support functions.About The RoleAs a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing commercial expertise to ensure the delivery of Revenue, Margin, and Profit outcomes.
You will also be responsible for ensuring transactional support aspects facilitated by Finance are delivered to a high standard.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.Key ResponsibilitiesEmpower Regional Teams: Develop finance, analytical skills, and commercial understanding within regional managementDrive Financial Performance: Monitor revenue, profit, and cash against targets, creating contingency plans and action plans for growth (including customer segmentation and pricing)Provide Financial Insight: Analyze data to generate valuable insights, deliver accurate forecasts with sensitivity analysis, and support informed management decisions, risk mitigation, and opportunity identificationManage Financial Processes: Support the monthly financial close and reporting cycle with rolling forecasts, support annual budget preparation, and contribute to robust and timely budget delivery.
