Skills and experience
FINANCE AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

A part time Finance and Office Administrator is needed for our busy office. Reporting to the Directors you will provide finance and administration support such as accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, banking, inventory and general office administration, and payroll.
This is a part time position for 20 hours per week with some flexibility for when those hours are worked.
The key skills needed for this role are:
A minimum of 3-years' experience of general ledger and trial balance management;
Demonstrated proficiency in using accounting and payroll software programmes (we use Xero and Pay Hero);
Strong computer knowledge and skills
In addition you will have highly developed communication and relationship building skills, be a master at organising and planning, with a people-oriented approach. Being trustworthy, reliable and able to maintain professional boundaries while being able to have a laugh are important for this role.
