About the Role:
As a respected leading provider of comprehensive facilities management and asset maintenance services due to significant growth we are seeking a Finance Administrator to join our expanding team. This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager, and is responsible for key accounting activity.
Your responsibilities will include;
Provide accounts payable support by verifying limits on approved invoices, receiving & coding invoices, providing accruals, processing invoices, prompt payment requests for all suppliers and subcontractors
Process payments for subcontractors from WMS into SAP accounts payable system, reconcile & follow up missing payments and liaise with subcontractors
Raise purchase orders, reconcile and clear outstanding purchase orders, and maintain creditors records
Invoice customers, investigate & process credit requests, check work orders for profitability follow up on late payments, process customer payments and provide information to the customer on requests
Process customer invoices and credits into company’s general ledger, reconcile differences and follow up on outstanding invoices
Undertake relevant User Acceptance Testing in company’s IT systems
Preparing reports for accrual of revenue
Back up support to the Finalising Support Officers

Skills and Experience:
With such a challenging role, you will come to us with;
Demonstrated knowledge of accounts payable & receivables systems and processes
Strong PC and efficient and accurate keyboarding skills
Excellent investigation and analytical skills
Excellent administration, organization and analytical skills
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a trades related field will also be highly regarded
