and looking for motivated, mechanically savvy
Field Services Technicians
to join our experienced field services technician teams.
We have roles in repairs and preventative maintenance.
We offer a comprehensive training programme, however exposure to a similar environment will be an advantage.
About the role
These are rewarding full time opportunities for experienced field technicians to make a difference in how our clients participate in their everyday life!
Your day will be working out in the field, maintaining or repairing disability and rehabilitation equipment in our client's homes or at their workplace.
You'll be someone who thrives in a people focused role offering both teamwork and independent working.
Exposure to CRM and field-based technology is a must, including competence using the microsoft office suite.
We are based in Airport Oaks however the majority of your day will be spent in the field throughout the Auckland region.
Methodical problem solving, fault finding and troubleshooting skills come naturally to you however it's your client-centric style, patience and sensitivity to our client's needs that will set you apart.
Expertise in electronic programming for our repairs space will be highly regarded and our Repairs Technicians participate in the after hours repairs call-out roster.
A tool of trade company vehicle and full tool set will be provided at the completion of your training.
What you will bring
3+ years relevant technical field-based experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to work autonomously, proactive 'can do' attitude, high attention to detail & problem solving approach
Effective communication skills both verbal and written
Sensitivity, integrity and empathy to our client's needs
Experience working with diverse cultural groups, in the disability sector is an advantage
Solid Electronics programming experience an advantage
Current EAS certificate an advantage
