Field Service Technician

We are seeking Field Service Technicians with a genuine interest in machinery, software or electronics to join our global Field Service Teams.
Our machines are unique, so you will be an enthusiastic learner seeking that next opportunity to progress your career.
You will be travelling year round to multiple countries in North and South America, Europe, China and Australasia performing machine installations, routine maintenance and fixing breakdowns in a team environment, as well as working individually.
You will be acting as the face of the company, so strong customer service skills are a must. You will be expected to establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers all over the globe. The ability to perform well under pressure and problem solve will help you succeed in this role.About You: Hold a valid Passport Hold a valid NZ Driver's License Have a tertiary qualification Have strong communication and problem-solving skills. You must be able to travel overseas freely, without restrictions (i.e. no unpaid fines or previous convictions). The ability to speak a second language, particularly Mandarin or Spanish, is also advantageous.
