An Opportunity to join the NSW Field Service team - support your customers day to day on site and the opportunity to work from home. Opportunity to manage your diary and organise your time.
NSW & Interstate travel for this role.

Responsibilities
Provide professional technical support to customers in an efficient mannafer
Responsible for the service & repair and maintenance of aesthetic laser equipment
Responsible for operational quality of the system and instructing customers and distributors on the operation and maintenance of the system
Act as the company liaison when it comes to administration and technical matters
Responsible for documenting all service activities and compliance requirements
Sell Service Contracts

Experience and Attributes
Tertiary Qualifications inElectronics,Laser Technology or equivalent
Electronic system troubleshooting experience
Knowledge and understanding of optics, electronics and mechanic principles
Experience and ability to troubleshoot electronic and mechanical assemblies down to component level
Ability to manage your own diary and service customers effectively
