We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Positively impacts the performance of individual sales team members by implementing and managing field support, including in the field training, productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies.
Coordinates the involvement of sales support personnel, including customer support, service, and management resources, so that team performance objectives and customers' expectations are met.
Identify, establish and implement specific field sales activities in a consistent manner, including sales funnel management, pipeline measurement, and action planning and conversion rates.
Implement sales tools to support required sales outcomes through a structured sales cadence to deliver ROA, and Salesforce
Achieve agreed sales KPI's and performance KPI's.
Provide insights and support the Head of Sales in the development of overall sales strategy.
Improve sales processes and reduce performance barriers. Provide performance feedback and recommendations to improve effectiveness of the sales team.
Leads field forecasting efforts among the team managed, ensuring that accurate forecasts are completed on a timely basis, and formatted accordingly
Together with Head of Sales, develop goals, complete mid and year end performance reviews of the team.

Tertiary qualifications to degree level are preferred, but not essential.
Management and sales courses are desired.
3+ years of Sales Supervision / Management of a team of 5+
5+ years of frontline selling experience
Industrial sector and preferably a general understanding of industries such as construction and building management or other commercially orientated businesses.
High degree of team leadership, working with other department managers,
Computer literacy, and
