As an integral member of the ANZ Marketing team, you will be responsible for working with the Senior Industry lead to develop and implement effective Industry based campaigns to meet the demand generation goals for the ANZ region.Key responsibilities will include:Define target audience segments and develop targeted messaging based on customer and industry pain points.Execute integrated lead generation campaigns, across various channels (e.g.
digital, content, email, social, media, events).Develop and execute full funnel customer journeys to drive brand awareness, generate leads, progress pipeline and ultimately contribute to revenue growth within key industry segments.Manage campaign budgets and track performance metrics to optimize ROI.Report on campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with various external and internal teams to drive programmes that meet marketing goals and create positive audience experience.Communicate key campaigns and priorities to internal constituents including product marketing, sales teams, and third parties.Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities and ensuring tight integration for follow-up.Experience/Qualifications:At least 5-7 years B2B Marketing enterprise software experience within Enterprise/SaaS based companies delivering demand generation campaigns.Experience in building and executing integrated marketing programmes in ANZ market.Demonstrable Industry marketing experience.Persona marketing experience (CIO, CFO and CHRO highly desirable).Experience in building peer relationships to influence key stakeholders.Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.Must be hands-on, enthusiastic, and a well-organised self-starter, able to use initiative and adapt to change.Working knowledge of various marketing systems including Salesforce.com and Marketo.Degree in related discipline (Marketing, Sales, Business Management, etc.
