Field Interviewer

We are looking for suitable applicants living in Tauranga to join our pool of Causal on Call Door to Door and Face to Face interviewers.
To be part of our interviewing team candidates need to meet the following criteria:
Be flexible in the hours they can work including weekends.
Be reliable and committed to completing work tasks with a can-do attitude.
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to converse comfortably with people from all walks of life.
Have your own reliable vehicle and a current driver’s license.
Be comfortable knocking on doors and approaching people in various locations to conduct face to face interviews.
Work independently

Most of our information is collected on tablet so you will need to have a working knowledge of technology, although full training is provided.

This is a casual role and hours will depend on project requirements.
Experienced interviewers are encouraged to apply but is not essential as full training will be provided.

Pay is on an hourly rate depending on your experience in the industry. Mileage and travel time are reimbursed.
