Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible leading a data-based selling agenda for the Field Teams across both Retail and Foodservice. You will partner with other BU to design and build a web-based insights platform for the Sales team and provide analytical resources to assist with the sales and commercial strategy performance.

You will be responsible to:

Lead and manage the field sales technology for the Sales team improving knowledge for TM and adding capabilities to their role.

Have key involvement in designing and building the web-based insights platform strengthening the in-store knowledge for the TM.

Develop a strategy plan for consumer and shopper insights.

Produce insights on categories consumer groups to develop a strategy plan.

Teach the Territory Managers on training on the new web page solutions.

Own all Field Technology, resulting in accurate loading and reporting

To be successful in this role you must have:

Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Analytics, Finance or any other relevant field)

Strong numerical background with a desire to learn about the FMCG industry.

Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Access
