Field Based Sales Manager

The opportunity:
Our Wellington-based office is currently seeking an experienced sales professional who can develop, lead and manage a team of sales representatives. You will receive a salary and incentives, with plenty of opportunities to progress and increase earning potential based on performance. To be successful in this role you will need:
-A positive & motivating personality to drive and push sales
-Exceptional leadership skills with an enthusiastic attitude
-Proven experience in managing a team of 5+ people
-The ability to plan and manage the day-to-day processes involved in running a team
-Be able to build trusting relationships with team members and customers
-1+ year of direct sales experience
Key responsibilities include:
-Track and monitor individual and team performance
-Be efficient and organised with great time management skills
- Liaise with other team leaders to reach targets
-Booking and managing territory
