FCC Stream Lead Job No: 670156 Brisbane - Inner Suburbs & CBD Permanent Full Time Banking Pay Band 6 Reporting to the FCC Program Director the FCC Stream Lead will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of an allocated program of work (stream) to successfully deliver on key components within the Financial Crime Compliance Program of Action.The Lead will assist in researching, designing and integrating change plans and solutions to enhance Suncorp Bank's processes and practices in response to external regulatory and legislative requirements relating to Financial Crime, and AUSTRAC's compliance assessment.What you'll do in a snapshot Design and deliver a tangible Program of Work to support Suncorp Bank's financial crime compliance POA for allocated streamEnsure appropriate governance in place for the management of change across the FCC PoAEnsure Business readiness plans are supported by change management activities and training or communication if required through effective internal stakeholder engagementEnsure sound risk management principles and systems are in place, where risks are identified, remedial actions are implemented in a timely manner, and outcomes are monitoredAdhere to project management methodology principlesCreate and facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to generate ideas and design solutions, and to maintain engagement and understanding throughout initiativesEngage with 3rd parties and monitor external trends to ensure appropriate solutions are identified for management of compliance obligationsSupport audit, compliance and risk teams to carry out audits by providing information, and key governance artefacts relating to the stream as requiredMaintain oversight over new AUSTRAC requirements to ensure ongoing compliancePresentation at management committees on progress of remediation actions and generalcompliance updates, including contribution to executive papersMaintain reporting for oversight of FCC stream status, including costs and budget What you'll bring Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, banking and/or finance is highly desirable.7+ years experience in compliance or regulatory program roleWorking within a Financial Crime Control operation role or programExecutive reporting and engagementFinancial services experienceStrong regulatory, risk and compliance knowledgeSolid Understanding of fraud, AML/CTF and financial crim riskSound knowledge of procedures, products, systems relating to FCC poADemonstrated project skills with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.Ability to prioritise workload, risks, and issues efficiently and effectively.Exceptional communication skills with an ability to influence senior and complex stakeholders. Exceptional problem-solving skills and confident application of judgment of risks and solutionsPrevious experience delivering customer onboarding and risk assessment or Transaction Monitoring activities is desirable.
