We are a boutique law firm with a particular interest and expertise (including Accredited Specialists in certain areas) in Wills & Estates, Property and Commercial Law, Litigation, Medical Negligence and Family Law.

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for a lawyer with at least 4 years post admission experience to maintain and grow the Family Law practice at DLS Lawyers. This role has flexible working hours for the right candidate and we are happy to negotiate in that respect.
This position offers you the opportunity to work and act in many different areas of Family Law including the following:
Binding Financial Agreements;
Property Settlement;
de facto relationships;
Divorce and Separation;
Multi-state disputes regarding separation;
Reconciliation Agreements;
Parenting matters including Termination of Parental Rights.

You will also exercise your advocacy skills through regular Court appearances in the Family and Federal Circuit Court.
