Factory Supervisor

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Reporting to the Processing Manager, this position will be responsible for supervising our production team, ensuring production schedules and targets are met and the production lines are running smoothly.

At least 5 years' experience in the seafood, food, or meat industry strongly preferred
Leadership experience in a similar role
A relevant qualification in food processing, engineering, technology or similar
High level of computer/data entry skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate others
Highly motivated and a decisive, organised thinker
Resilience and willingness to adapt and learn
