Factory Process Workers

Our client produces primarily for export through a number of distribution channels, however their valued added products are becoming increasingly popular as consumers look to meet their health and lifestyle requirements.

With a new season starting we are seeking Operators to join our clients growing team. As an Operator you will assist in the production of products produced.

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

Loading of ingredients onto conveyors

Dealing with ingredient and product damages

Dealing with waste

Maintaining accurate stock transactions

Maximising production up time

Tipping ingredients according to strict recipe structure

De-outing packages and accurately re-labelling

Product packing

Sampling and testing

Cleaning

The successful applicants must have school certificate or equivalent qualification and have proven ability to work in a food manufacturing environment. You will have the ability to problem solve, have a high accuracy to detail and have strong organisational and communication skills. A strong focus on Health and Safety is a must.

This role is designed as a versatile entry level role, and you will assist in other production plants also. Please note that this position involves shift work on a 24/7 roster.
