We pride ourselves on offering design expertise along with quality production and installation of aluminium joinery.
THE POSITION
The Factory Manager will lead and manage the manufacturing team, who are responsible for assembling a range of products in our Penrose factory. You will control the day to day factory operation to ensure agreed production priorities are met as well as ensuring that Quality and Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times.
You will work very closely with the project managers, designers, and the installation teams, and drive improvements in the areas of logistics and operational efficiencies. All of which will be achieved through strong people leadership and a focus on maintaining and up lifting a positive team culture.
