Are you ready to manage properties, facilities, preventative maintenance, a fleet of vehicles, cleaning, a cafeteria, contractors and be a team leader?

We've created this new role to help support our continually growing team of Science Professionals who are on different sites. You will be a part of our Commercial team reporting to the Business Support and Facilities Manager and be a key support resource Cawthron-wide.

As a strong self-manager you'll be a confident decision maker, have comprehensive understanding of the Building Act (2004), strong operational and planning skills, be able to problem solve and meet deadlines.
