Facilities Operations Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering required (or MBA business if relevant)
10+ years' experience in manufacturing operations in either:
Steel reinforced precast concrete products manufacturing and/or
Automated product manufacturing
5+ years' experience in a business management and financial control capacity
Knowledge of our products, how they work along and a passion for our industry
Working knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental regulations with a track record of successfully leading the safety culture & productivity
Able to lead root cause analysis investigations
