At ASB, we strive to always be 'one step ahead' in terms of our products and service. Our Corporate Property team provide invaluable, essential support to our staff at ASB as they maintain and administer routine operations of our premises across New Zealand.
The key responsibility of this busy role is to manage delivery of FM services nationwide with a high focus on the Retail network and regional offices. You will perform planned routine inspections of all premises, collect asset information and record, analyse and report on asset condition. From this you will develop and maintain asset management plans in conjunction with the Contract Manager. Essentially, you will 'be the face of FM' for the ASB Portfolio.
You will be continually interacting and liaising with employees, contractors and suppliers and so effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. A sound understanding of commercial building operations and awareness of legislative requirements such as health & safety and fire evacuation is important.
This role would suit a highly organised individual with excellent administration and at least 5 years FM experience. While predominantly based at the ASB North Wharf head office Auckland's Wynyard Quarter, the role will require regular travel to our premises around the country.
