We are currently seeking a Facilities Manager to join our site-based Facilities Management team.

We are currently seeking a Facilities Manager to join our site-based Facilities Management team.
With the support the broader team, you will have day to day responsibility for the onsite trades team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Working as part of a Facilities Management team to effectively and efficiently manage reactive / planned property maintenance
Direct management of the trades team
Actively manage KPI including attendance and completion times.
Providing technical advice and solutions to the client.
Client, supplier and subcontractor liaison
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Trade qualified in one discipline with working knowledge of all trades
Experience leading and managing a diverse trade team.
A strong commitment to health and safety and will be able to champion best practice to others.
Experience assessing and granting permits to work
Experience and/or ability to conduct safety and completed work spot checks
Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to your technical team, the support team, the client, and students on site.
Ability to think on your feet and problem solve.
