Position manages systems and process to ensure that services are provided in compliance with Client's corporate expectations and applicable laws/regulations.
Position ensures implementation of site goals and ensure day to day compliance which includes championing Last Minute Risk Assessment (LMRA).
Includes a high level of interaction with Business Unit personnel to ensure good communications and service satisfactionWhat You'll DoOverall management of:Coordinates, assets repairs or replacement and locksmith tasks as needed.Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repairs or replacement and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors, landlord and contractors performing office maintenance, and janitorial work.Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completedCoordinates, security control process and procedure with site security contact and ANZ SSHE leadFood services order kitchen suppliesPart of FM duties relate to financeProcess vendors invoice for New Zealand sitesRaise vendors purchase order for New Zealand sitesObtains and reviews budget include price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for Auckland site.Part of FM duties relate to tenant servicesReception duty include call and courier servicesCard and key Access control systemOther Admin duties in relation to FMImplements E&PS process and ensure that process including LMRA are practiced on a day/day basis.Client contact managing client communications through daily interactions with all levels of site business units (from management to support staff) and through communication tool (Intranet, notice boards/monitors, facility handbooks etc.
