We are looking for a new Finance & Insurance - Business Manager to work in our Armstrong’s Subaru Dealership based in Lower Hutt, Wellington.

Experience is an absolute must as we want someone to come in and hit the ground running. When we say experienced, we mean you know how to make our customers feel supported and well informed as they step through their finance options. You know how to sell. Not by doing the hard sell but by understanding our customer's needs and fostering a strong personal relationship with them along the way. You will be someone our customers seek out time and time again because they remember your exemplary customer service.

Just as important is growing strong, professional, and mutually reciprocal relationships with our sales team. You'll work together to provide a seamless experience for our customers but also make sure your team approach maximises every sales opportunity that walks in the door (or pops in the email).

Lastly, you will already have or know how to foster strong relationships with the third-party finance companies and other suppliers to ensure we are maximising every opportunity for the success of the dealership and our customers. Of course, some of our best opportunities are at the weekends so you will be part of a seven-day roster.
