Extraction Team Technician-Wellington Laboratory

The opportunity:
We are seeking Technicians within our Extractions team based at our Wellington laboratory. The successful applicant will be responsible for analytical testing of samples within a multi-disciplinary team. This is a permanent position working 40 hours a week.
About you:
You have prior experience within highly regulated, fast paced environments such as hospitality, customer services, or administration where following set processes and procedures are key.
You have data entry skills as well as the ability to learn new systems promptly and pride yourself on managing your time effectively, prioritising and can work effectively to meet targets and deadlines.
You thrive on providing quality service to both internal and external customers and have the ability to communicate clearly (both written and verbally).
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate, however you will be a motivated fast learner, have an excellent eye for detail and an interest in Science.
Having the ability to be a team player and have a positive attitude are essential in this role.
