Staying abreast of what's new and acting fast to deliver the most effective solutions to help them innovate.The RoleAs an Assurity Associate (Contractor) your focus will be on setting our clients up for success by supporting the delivery of world class quality assurance software solutions to their projects.We take a human-centred approach to everything we do, co-designing the right outcomes with our clients.
You will bring an understanding of test criteria and defining appropriate test procedures while ensuring all testing is done in accordance with project timescales, with effective and efficient practices.Using consultancy skills to influence outcomes with key stakeholders, you will have a passion for problem solving and an innate curiosity which ensures our clients digital solutions are fit for purpose.The projects we work on are varied and complex and on a typical engagement, you will be working with other Assurity test consultants – so you will be part of a team, with the support of an organisation behind you.Key Responsibilities (may vary based on project needs):Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Identify, document, and track software defects.Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects.Provide clear and concise feedback on software quality.Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.You will bring:Proven experience in Quality Assurance testing.Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB)Why Assurity?Working in a great culture that really values people, at Assurity we believe in professionalism, people and above all, the quality of the work we do.We're proud of our diversity with employees from over 36 countries.
