Export & Domestic Customer Service Representative

Walter & Wild is a New Zealand Food Manufacturing company with a substantial portfolio of iconic brands including Aunt Betty's, Hubbards, I Love Food Co., Vitafresh, Vitasport, Greggs, Alfa One, Movenpick (NZ and AU), Killinchy Gold, NZ Natural, Zilch and Chateau.

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage export and domestic orders while providing outstanding customer support and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner to our customers and internal teams.




Key Responsibilities:

* Process customer orders (via EDI, E-Mail, website) before scheduled cut-off times.
* Communicate stock discrepancies, out-of-stock items, and delivery delays.
* Ensure accurate export documentation and timely communication with customers, consolidators, and internal teams.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and social media, maintaining professionalism.
* Manage consumer feedback and ensure timely responses to all inboxes.
* Maintain accurate records and provide monthly reports on consumer feedback and KPIs.




Key Skills & Experience:

* Previous experience in order processing or customer service, preferably in an export environment.
* Strong knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and customs processes.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
