About the roleThis is an exciting time to join UniMed's newly formed People & Capability team. This generalist role is responsible for delivering an exceptional end-to-end employee experience, designing, and implementing people-focused systems and processes, coaching people leaders, and being a culture champion. As an experienced generalist you will understand employment relations/law, as well as support and provide a contribution to the overall people strategy. This role is based in Christchurch and will report through to our Head of People and Capability in Wellington. About youWe are seeking an experienced generalist (3+ years), to bring energy and drive that can deliver end-to-end people services that support our leaders to coach and bring out the best in our teams.
