At Harris Rd Tyrepower we are looking for an experienced office person to join our small highly professional team, we are a family owned Tyre and Automotive business that has been servicing the East Tamaki area for over 31 years.
This role is a full-time sole charge position that takes care of all things admin, ideally we are looking for a person that has 2-3 years administration experience. Key duties will include but are not limited to:
• Processing, reconciling and payment of creditor invoices
• Responsible for all filing and archiving of creditors invoices
• Accounts receivable, processing invoices, debt collection and printing of monthly statements
• Wages – MYOB EXO, PAYE – Payday filing
• Bank reconciliation
• Daily banking, Mail and filing
• Answering calls, taking messages, welcoming customers when required
• General office support, data entry, photocopying etc
The following skills and attributes are essential:
• A positive attitude, excellent customer service and reception skills are essential
• A competent use of Microsoft office
• Self-motivated who shows initiative and is reliable
• Has a willingness to learn and communicate with others
• Ultimately take ownership of the role
• A full NZ drivers licence is an advantage
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday ideally 9am to 4pm.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
