The company is offering a great opportunity for an innovative, passionate and switched on marketing professional to join the team and take charge of the marketing function.
In this role, you will manage end to end property, and business marketing, branding and advertising initiatives, develop and implement print, digital and social media marketing strategy, and have the chance to have your ideas heard and implemented within the business.
The position
This is a full-time position and requires you to work Monday to Friday in our corporate office. You will lead other marketing team to make a considerable impact on the future of the business.
In the role of Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
· Effectively managing our day to day marketing practice.
· Promote and maintain company’s brand
· Develop and employ marketing strategy and tactics to increase business inquiries and competitiveness
· Managing budgets to deliver a better ROI for marketing expenditure
· Coordinate print and digital advertising and marketing material
· Manage all company and property marketing
· Take charge of social media marketing campaigns
· Liaise with external suppliers including photographers, graphic designers, and print media
· Revisit and update advertising layouts in line with company style templates and branding guidelines
· Organise and manage social events for the office
· Supervise the work of other staff
Job Requirements:
The candidate
The ideal candidate for the role of Marketing Manager will have:
· Minimum of five years previous experience in a similar marketing role
· Experience devising and implementing marketing strategies, including social media and advertising campaign management for real estate business
· Qualifications in product management, marketing, design, business, or related disciplines will be highly regarded
· An innovative thinker with great initiative who doesn't need to be micro-managed
· Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and amazing attention to detail
· Highly technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies
· Superior organisation and project management skills;
· A highly developed appreciation for design, including a proven ability to recognise new trends within NZ and from other markets
· Be able to demonstrate commercial acumen including budget management and financial decision making
