Experienced Manager Required

We are a charity that rescues food that would otherwise go to landfill and redistributes it to those in the local community suffering hardship.

Within our first nine months, our volunteers have rescued more than 30 tonnes of food and non-food items.

Having recently received three year’s funding, we’re looking for a full time manager to grow our operation. This person will be keenly interested about food rescue and helping the community and environment.

You will need:
• previous management experience
• volunteer coordination experience
• computing, accounting and social media skills
• knowledge of the funding process and applications
• previous experience liaising with third party organisations logistically and financially
• impact reporting experience
• experience in reporting to a variety of interested parties eg, board, donors, sponsors
• incredible organisational skills
• basic human resources knowledge
• basic health and safety knowledge.
