Experienced Grad Or Registered Architect

Holmes Architecture is an award winning architectural practise based in Lyall Bay, Wellington that works across a diverse range of project types; from small bespoke houses to large high end homes, commercial fit outs, hospitality, industrial buildings, townhouse and infill development, high performance homes and renovations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but dynamic and collaborative team of three with a strong focus on design-led project delivery within a supportive and flexible team culture.

We require an experienced architectural grad or architect with minimum 4 years experience working across multiple project types and stages of project delivery.

Key skills should include:

•ArchiCAD demon.
•Confident project lead - collaborating with clients, consultants, council.
•Design champion - ability to resolve complex design problems from early sketch design through to bespoke detailing.
•Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of the NZ Building Code
•Great communicator and team player - experience with architectural visualisation, rendering and 3d modelling would be a bonus.
•Master of 2d and 3d technical documentation.

The office is located two minutes from the beach and zero minutes from Parrotdog bar and brewery, which is just downstairs and handy on a Friday.
