Experienced Bar Staff For Busy 1 Hat Restaurant

Charley Noble is a smart casual eatery which showcases wood-fired cooking and fresh local produce. We are open for breakfast and lunch Monday to Friday and dinner 7 nights a week.

Since opening 5 years ago we have achieved a range of awards!

We are currently looking for an experienced bartender with great cocktail, wine and beer knowledge to join our bar crew!

Applicants must be able provide excellent customer service within a high pressured and fast paced environment. A customer focus is necessary.

We offer training on house cocktails, give opportunities for your own contribution and have regular wine and beer training.
Qualities that assist a successful applicant:
• Minimum 2-3 year experience
• Experience in a fast paced, high pressure, innovative, high quality bar.
• Cocktail crafting experience
• Knowledge of small high quality vineyards and their wines.

Shift's can include mornings, nights, weekends and split shifts. We are looking to fill this full time position with an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible person who understands the importance of teamwork and integrating their bar responsibilities with the restaurant as a whole.
