We also provide flexible working hours, highly supportive management, and employee shares in the business outcomes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES3 to 5 years hands-on experience in professionally using tools and equipment for repairs and maintenance of automotive petrol and diesel motor vehicles.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other faults.Repair and offer solutions to remedy automotive faults.Provide cost-effective fault prevention services.Fabricate parts where required or order parts from preferred suppliers.Install replacement parts and reassemble vehicles to the required standards.Manage time efficiently to ensure minimal unchargeable time while working on customer vehicles.Ensure activities comply with acts and regulations along with adherence to franchise policies, procedures, and values.Be ready for extended hours and work on weekend shifts as required.SKILLS, STRENGTHS, AND EXPERIENCETechnical3 to 5 years hands-on experience and knowledge in general repairs/maintenance work in class 1 and/or 2 petrol/diesel and EV vehicles, parts fittings, and welding.Knowledge and experience in wheel alignment, wheel balancing, tyre and rim repairs, and sales.Accurate in diagnosing issues and providing hands-on fixing/repairing solutions.Experience in exhausts and mufflers diagnosis and repairs.Knowledge and experience in electrical diagnosis, repairs, and replacements.Panel beating, dent repairs, and painting panels.Personal AttributesHighly motivated, agile, self-driven, and energetic.Talented interpersonal and communication skills.Innovative, open to discussions, and a solution maker.Clean driving license and attitude record.QualificationsQualified in Level 3 or Level 4 or equivalent in automotive engineering/diploma, and/or 3-5 years hands-on experience in general automotive repairs and maintenance.Holding a WoF Inspector Certificate or similar is a plus.Hourly Wages$30 per hour, $32 per hour (for extended hours and weekends).
