Experience Waitperson/Bar Required

We are on the hunt for talented waitstaff AND bar staff . Has energy and enthusiasm who wants a job that is exciting, fast paced, challenging and fun.
For the Dockside roles you must have 2-3 years experience in hospitality and 1 year with full A la carte service, understanding what makes great customer service and giving an exceptional experience to our patrons.
Needless to say you must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
The Sprig & Fern roles do not require A la carte experience however it is an advantage as is a good understanding and love of beer!
We are currently seeking fun people for 5-7 shifts per week (approx 30-45hrs).
You must know how to run a busy section of a restaurant and/or bar to a very high standard. Understanding the art of up-selling and a good knowledge of beer, wines and spirits, and also is passionate about food. Someone who can multi task, prioritise, keep calm under pressure as well having good common sense and initiative.
