Purpose of RoleYour responsibility is to develop and connect our client's strategy to deliver data driven creativity for our key clients. This will be achieved by using your skills in data analysis, direct marketing, customer journey mapping, marketing automation, customer acquisition and retention, web analytics, campaign management and working with third parties as appropriate.To deliver outstanding creative work for every client campaign or initiative. Work to deliver ‘work that no one else can do' – which delivers both business results for our clients and creative accolades.Specific ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement strategies to enhance customer experience at key service points and ensure their integration into the procedures and systems applied in each customer interactionKnow how to leverage audience targets, analytics data, digital trends, user behaviours, competitive audits, and user experience evaluations to inform the marketing approach.Utilise empathy mapping to truly understand customer thoughts, feelings and motivationsSynthesise raw data and research into comprehensive multi touchpoint customer journeysAbility to identify key opportunity areas for experience design in order to improve, elevate or completely reimagine customer journeysConfident designing and facilitating design thinking workshopProvide detailed design and / or research and UX leadership on client initiativesGather and evaluate user requirements and make recommendations in alignment with client customer and brand strategyDefine various personas that interact with client's product and servicesDesign and implement strategies to enhance customer experience at key service points and ensure their integration into the procedures and systems applied in each customer interactionIllustrate design ideas using journey flows and storyboards for different CX personasPrepare and present concepts to internal teams and key stakeholders.Support strategy, business management, creative and production teams to ensure design ideas, user experience & knowledge is available, understood and used across the agencySupport the agency by acting as a conduit between creative, technical and media teams, championing creativity and effectivenessMust have:3+ years of proven experience as a CX designerStrong experience applying user experience principles and practices including design thinking methodology, requirements gathering, information architectureDemonstrated experience in customer engagement and usability testingInterest in and aptitude for working with data and technologyUnderstanding of how design systems are built and workKnowledge of UX best practice design and responsive designExperience designing and facilitating customer research including usability testing, ethnographic research and surveysGreat project management abilitiesSelf-motivated and willing to expand knowledgeNice to have:Background in User ExperienceConfident creating and testing of prototypesExperience working with UX & dev teams to deliver large scale digital projectsWhy work with usWe are part of the Clemenger Group, New Zealand's largest and most successful group of advertising communications companies with eight agencies in NZ and 16 in Australia.
