Flexibility in work locations across the country is preferred as you may be required to assist on projects nationwide.The Aluminium Fabricator's responsibilities include:Studying, understanding, and checking job sheet drawings and specifications to determine requirements.Completing work according to job sheet drawings and schedules set by the Factory Manager.Following company procedures and training for prepping, cutting, assembly, fixing hardware, fitting liners, glazing, finishing, and handling stores and waste.Onsite installation of aluminium structures and cladding.Maintaining equipment and tools, setting up work areas, and ensuring safety and functionality of equipment.Assisting with moving frames, loading/unloading vehicles, deliveries, stock takes, and workplace cleanliness.Performing cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.Carrying out other duties related to aluminium joinery fabrication.Skills and experience required:Preferably 2+ years in metal fabricating or related fields; minimal industrial experience candidates willing to learn are also encouraged.Friendly demeanor, good time management, strong work ethic, commitment to learning, and knowledge of health and safety procedures.Reliable and hardworking.Pay rate: Min $25.00/hour to Max $30.00/hour.Work hours: Minimum 30 hours guaranteed.Roles may involve working in multiple locations across New Zealand.If interested, please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience.
