What you will do As Executive Support (ES) you will provide professional executive administrative and organisational support to the Director NAM, as well as support services for the Senior Management Team of the NAM. The ES is also responsible for other general admin duties including group bookings, coordination of VIP visits, HR processes and support for events and special projects.What we need Your excellent organisational skills will ensure that no aspect is overlooked and all timeframes are met, even when priorities conflict or change. Your comprehensive computer skills will enable you to provide assistance in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documentation. Your excellent interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills are essential for success in this role. You are experienced in maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of your work. You will have a high standards of work and show good initiative when confronted with problems and issues.You are willing to actively contribute to the bicultural development of National Army Museum Te Mata Toa, therefore knowledge of tikanga Maori in a museum context, will be advantageous. You are able to support our 7 day operation, working for 6 weekend rosters over the year, and occasional hours outside of office hours as events and activities require.Total remuneration for this role is $47,247 to $58,413, inclusive of 4% employer superannuation contribution. On top of this, you will be compensated for working weekends.
