They regularly collaborate with some of the best chefs in the world to produce wonderful dinners for their guests.

The Role
Managing the food outlets, ensuring a premium quality is being observed
Staff management - working with a largely local workforce that requires a delicate level of leadership
Menu development - with a focus on Asian inspired, high-quality food across all outlets including Breakfast, All day dining, Bar Menu and Fine Dining restaurant
Encouraging a learning environment, ensuring all staff are trained across the sections and are developing their skills
Being a part of the tight-knit team and buying into the family vibe.

Your background
Fine dining experience either Hatted or Michelin
Ability to work in large scale environments
Overseas experience highly regarded
A creative flair that can push this venue into the next phase of its life

The offer
Incredible salary US$7k - US$9k per month TAX-FREE (approx AU$150k per year)
